Cool Rays Air Conditioning and Heating

I just had ( 2 ) New AC Units inside and out installed by Cool Rays. I couldn't be happier. Every one that I dealt with was friendly and highly professional. The owner, Clayton came out and performed the initial estimate. Clayton, along with the office staff kept in close touch with me through the entire process. The lead AC Tech Chris, along with his associate did the installation. They were both friendly and well organized. They installed my units perfectly and cleaned up after themselves. I have definitely become a Customer for Life.

I have my AC Unit in the house in like a closet space. The AC would blow with the temp set at 76, but it would read the house was 79-80. So I had Freedom come out and they told and showed me the defects in the AC Space where heat was being kept in and that it needed some major repairs for insulation, and a few other repairs, etc…the tech who came out started by telling me payment plans. I’m thinking WHAT ???? And he is telling me along the cost of just over $8000.00.

Clayton and Jay helped us get our AC unit operational to buy us a bit of time until we could get a new one. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. When we were able to do a new install Chris and Tony did an awesome job overcoming issues outside of their control and stayed late until the job was done.

By being knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and dedicated to completing the job, Cool Rays earned my business going forward. I would recommend giving them a shot for sure.
