Can’t give a higher recommendation for this business. Atlantic Air came to our rescue a couple of times. We bought a new system a couple of years ago that had so many problems. The Atlantic Air owner helped us so much and was able to figure out it was not properly functioning. WE GOT A NEW UNIT!!! The Atlantic Air team came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Their staff and technicians are professional and super friendly. They were just here to install another thermostat and again, excellent results. I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend. We had a new variable speed York System installed. Keandre, Orlando, & Bo did a great job. They were very respectful and polite the whole time they were here. Deandre explained the new system to me before he left. We were without air for only one night when they pulled all of the old ductwork out. Deandre even pointed out the we had some issues with a couple of our roof trusses.

My AC went out, I called Atlantic Air and they came out right away. I’m super pleasant experience from start to finish. I believe it was Destinee who called and booked the appointment. Nelson arrived on time, quickly confirmed the diagnosis, picked up the motor, installed it, and even checked a few other things on the unit. He was personable but not overly chatty, just professional and efficient. Five stars from me!
