Janet is AMAZING!!! I cold called 9 months ago to transition my colored hair to natural gray. She accepted the challenge, explained it may take a few appointments to achieve my goal, depending on the type of color I had been using (box color or professional color). It was a long day for both of us, but Janet got me out of the chair smiling. My hair was beautiful. I have had 2 visits for a toner and she just performed an amazing color on my visiting granddaughter, whom can not stop talking about how beautiful her hair looks. All I can say is Janet knows 'hair' and will be honest if she knows something won't work. You will be in great hands with this talented stylist!!
