Very professional owner. My situation wasn’t urgent yet he came the same day! Assessed the problem and explained how to best resolve it. I’ll update my review once he does the actual work but so far I’m quite pleased.

Reviews
Ryan and his team did an amazing job taking care of our mold problem due to a water leak. They were always on time, explained the job and what the process would entail and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The attention to detail was 100%. His detailed report for the insurance company made our payment process much easier.
I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a mold problem solved!!!
Daniel was thorough and honest, and educated us on the problem we had.
We called Affordable for a second opinion after our original call said we had very high moisture behind an exterior wall and they’d have to tear down the drywall and fix for 3k plus. Daniel showed us that this was indeed not the case.
He didn’t make a dime off of the call, but he will be my first call should we actually have an issue. Highly recommended.
This kind of customer service is a rare find nowadays.
