I have had the opportunity to have Michael Slotin as my trainer and massage therapist for over a year now. As a health care professional myself, I have been impressed with Michael’s knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it pertains to strength training, weight loss, pain management and therapeutic massage. Michael is a wealth of knowledge and strives to educate his clients while helping them achieve their personal goals.

As a healthcare practitioner I do a lot with my hands and also spend a significant time charting, so when I recently strained my neck all of chronic inflammation and muscle tension I have built up in my shoulders and neck flared up to the point where I could not turn my neck! Thankfully I knew who to call and was able to get in with Michael the same day. The next day my neck felt so much better and I was finally able to turn it without having pain.

My friend recommended Mike Slotin to me. She thought he could help with my back problems which were keeping me form doing even regular things like walking.She was right. His massage and fitness therapies have made a big difference, I am no longer in chronic pain; my back is stronger; I move better and my body is in better balance. I highly recommend him. The studio is top notch and the staff is totally professional.
