I met Darin a few years back at a spot called Will's Pub when we were touring through Orlando Florida. He'd reached out and expressed that he liked our music and wanted to offer to shoot a photo for us. He shot an incredible band picture and solo portraits of each member.
We were very impressed and happy to find the opportunity to work with him again in July of this year (2025). Darin came down to Key West to shoot more band photos as well as some performance photos. Watching Darin Back work is literally witnessing live art in the making. His flow in capturing the vision in his minds eye is achieved with ease, an unspoken confidence, and direct approach. I play music for a living and worked with Darin over a decade ago, and again just today. He was very accommodating with my schedule and came to my location, which honestly kind of blew me away and certainly shows his character.
