Remote control for both of my Hunter ceiling fans in the Florida room quit working after a nearby lightning strike and outage last year. I finally got around to wanting them fixed, but my regular electrician couldn't get to it anytime soon.
Called Beach Electric who dispatched Frank and Rusty the next day! Frank said the controllers in these ceiling fans are notoriously susceptible to lightning. Sure enough. He had replacements on board and fixed them both same call! Five stars!!
I will probably have Beach Electric install a surge protector behind my electric panel.
I've had Beach do work at my house 3 times, the biggest job was running a line from my house to a new shed which included digging out by hand a spec trench that included cutting thru roots. A new main box and installing an rv hook up and a smaller troubleshooting job. Really, the service was outstanding, on time service and very reasonable price. Shout out to Rusty and Phil who were awesome. No complaints all around and quite the opposite!!
