My experience with this company was top notch. Scott was able to come look at our problem in the attic the next day after I called. He took his time to look around the outside of the house to look for entry points. He even got on the roof to look at entry points on our second story. After his evaluation, he concluded the entry point might be in the plumbing. He recommended calling a plumber to perform a test on the pipes to determine where the problem is. I found Scott to be very honest and down to earth when assessing the problem and making suggestions. There was no charge for his assessment, and we intend to call him back to do the job once we figure out the plumbing issue. I had another company come the day before (no POINT in mentioning their name) and from the moment they walked in they started using scare tactics about the plumbing, opening walls and replacing cast iron pipes which is a VERY, VERY expensive job. They went into sale mode the minute they walked in without even looking around. It was very off-putting. But that's ok because that's how I ended up calling Eraticators. Scott's honesty was very refreshing. I recommend this business.
They replaced my entire soffit and it transformed my house! They did a great job and fast too. It took about a week from when I first called to completion. I would highly recommend them. Scott was very professional and responsive. The price was very reasonable too.
I would like to give the highest recommendation possible!!!! My husband was out of town for work so I was relying on this company to come out and take care of a rodent that found its way into my roof/ceiling. Scott came out the same day I called!
He recognized the fear in my voice and did everything possible to put me at ease. It was upper 90’s temperatures but he got up in there and caught the rodent and disposed of it, away from me or my home. He welcomed the urgency of the job and effectively and timely completed his task.
I would recommend him and his company with the highest regards!!!
