My husband and I went to Target Optical for new glasses. The technician was excellent! We were notified our glasses were ready. We went to pick them up. The technician (same person we ordered them from) was again excellent! I highly recommend Target Optical. We really like our new glasses!!!
I could not get assistance anywhere to fix my Oakley Meta frames missing a pin and I was informed by a competitor to try Target. Jennifer was my lifesaver with a quick fix solution that has me wearing my glasses again.
I been going to the Clermont location for a while. I like to recognize Anitha Subbiah!
I had a problem with a prescription glasses I got from them and she was able to fix it for me. She was very helpful and professional from the moment I told her about the issue. Good customer service is hard to find now a days. Thank you Anitha for taking care of loyal customer.
