I had a bad time with the company I used last year for new glasses. The manager was rude when I showed her how the new glasses were warped. She didn't care and wouldn't even try to find another or fix the pair I bought. I was a tad nervous because the company that treated me poorly was part of the same company. That said, I was ecstatic with the store at Target! On the phone, it was great, and I made an appointment. The people at Opitcal were terrific. Everyone was helpful, and they knew what they spoke. I heard that target offers free glasses adjustments, so I came into the store and was greeted by Anthony. He was friendly and surpassed all expectations I had. He even made sure I had enough lens cleaners to take care of them! Thank you so much
