Waited over 30 minutes for my appointment to have someone with a later appointment than me taken in before me. When I bought it up to the receptionists there was nothing they could do since the procedure for the other patient already started. Really unacceptable.
Dr Nasir has been there for me for the past 8 years and I am very confident in her and her staff. They are very friendly and caring. As far as I am concerned they will be my Medical Center for the next 8 years also....
The caring attitude of Dr. Nasir and Jessica N.P and staff are very important to me, I never feel rushed, They get very involved with their patient's care. I do not agree with some of their policies but they are governed by a higher authority so their hands are tied. Thank you so much South Lake for your care over the past 10 years.
