Customers describe the company as very responsive and professional. One customer had a tree fall through the back roof and poke through the ceiling in several places. The company patched several holes and inspected the attic to ensure it was water tight. The company also met the insurance agent at the home and reviewed the damage. Rays Roofing then replaced the roof with a Beautiful Onyx color and referred a gutter company. Another customer had a roof leak at a rental property after hours, and the company placed a tarp on the property, assessed the issue, provided a very reasonable price, and scheduled the reroof installation within the week. Customers highly recommend the company for responsive service and quality workmanship.
Excellent service from start to finish. Professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick response to any questions I had. Also, worked around my schedule. Fair price with excellent roof results, worth every penny! Definitely will use them again.
