We love coming to Pigtails & Crewcuts when we are in town. My son had his first haircut here & always has a great experience. Today his appointment was with Mary. She was so friendly & did a fantastic job! It’s obvious she loves her job and children.
We had such a great experience at Pigtails & Crewcuts! My toddler was having a really hard time and did not want to get his hair cut or even sit in any of the chairs. Everyone was so patient with him. They gave him toys to play with, showed him the clippers so he wouldn’t be scared, and just took their time trying to make him feel comfortable.
We honestly thought we were going to have to leave and come back another day because he wasn’t letting anyone near him with clippers. But Mary was amazing. I was forced to find somewhere to get my 5 year olds hair cut after she decided it was a good idea to take scissors to her hair. Lacey did an amazing job on fixing what my daughter did to her self. It’s shorter than I would like but we weren’t left with many choices and knew it was going to end up being short. Lacey welcomed us in and was all around great with my daughter who up to this point had yet to even have her hair cut.
