I have used this service for a number of years. And whatever changes they have made within the past year.... have taken it to top tier! It was great before, but now superior. From calling the office, the staff is friendly, gets you on schedule immediately and very understanding. Vanessa in particular was great talking and laughing with. The techs are not just pest control- they have experts and specialists- Alex solved my issue in one visit. George follows up flawlessly and one day I had a new person and he was just as knowledgeable and friendly, Chris.

I had Avata pest come out to do a free termite inspection. First off the lady I spoke with in the office was fantastic, very polite and courteous. The gentleman that came out did a great job inspecting my home, inside, outside, and in my attic space. They presented me with a great termite coverage plan that I was happy to sign up for. I definitely got my moneys worth with Avata. Thank you.
