While on a vacation I had some work to do and needed to pick up just a few office supplies and they had everything I needed in one place. The supplies were affordable. The staff was very helpful as I looked for the things I needed.

Placed an online order for same day delivery on Thursday. Never arrived. Got an email on Friday morning saying it was returned to the store. Placed the same order on Friday morning for a 3-4pm delivery. Never arrived. Called the store and the manager was incredibly unhelpful. Said the best he could do was cancel the order and I could replace the order tomorrow. Why would I expect anything different to happen tomorrow? Never going to do business with this store EVER again! Terrible customer service!

I have had more business issues in the past month and have used Office Depot about 4 times a week. Every time I go in there all of the employees seem to go out of their way to help out. Today, Lisa at the service desk went beyond anything I have experienced. Not only was the line for her service long but she greeted each person as though they were the only one in the store. She is Wonderful and so helpful. She made what could have been a nasty experience a very positive one! Thanks
