His communication skills are over the top! He keeps us informed of every single thing, whether big or small, which we deeply appreciate. We aren't full time residents, so having someone trustworthy to look after our yard while we're away is essential. Additionally, the company has a tree crew that takes care of all of our trimming. They are top notch! They took care of trimming, removing and cleaning up afterward. Easy to discuss any issues we have with the crew as well. On top of all this, everyone is extremely kind and attentive to everything we ask of them. We immediately get results and feedback on each visit they make to our home.
