I don’t usually write reviews but it’s been 2 weeks since I got my hair done here by Jaileen and I couldn’t be happier. I normally come in for a cut and blow dry, but this time I wanted to go out of my comfort zone and get highlights done. Jaileen listened to all my concerns about dying my hair for the first time and explained everything to me about the process every step of the way. She really made what I visualized in my head a reality on my hair. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the service! Jaileen is an awesome stylist and 10/10 would recommend!!

Went to JCPenney salon today in Clermont FL and had my hair cut and styled by Michelle. I was very happy and pleased with my hair when she was finished. Not a lot of hair stylist understand how to cut and style curly hair. Michelle was awesome and very knowledgeable about my kind of hair and the products she was using. So if you find yourself looking for a good hair stylist call JCPenney salon and ask for Michelle, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Keisha

Jaileen was fantastic! I think I’ve found who i’ll be going to from now on to get my hair cut. So friendly and welcoming. She listened to what I wanted and offered great advice on products and how to care for my hair and how to style it.
This is by far the best hair cut I’ve gotten. She was also very fast, there was no wait and the environment was clean and organized. I am so happy and pleased with my experience here! Jaileen is THE person to go to.
