Had a great massage. Was a bit disappointed that my gift card did not qualify for an introductory rate that is listed on the website. Considering this was my first time coming here it was disappointing. In order to get that rate you have to have a membership. During check out I felt pressured to get a membership but I declined several times kind of ruined my mood after. As I said the lady who did my massage was amazing, I just didn’t like feeling pressured by the front desk. Not sure if I’ll be back.

I just had a 100 minute massage by Virginia. WOW! I’ve had a LOT of massages in my life but this was hands down the best. She did a lymphatic massage on me. Now, it hurt! But it was necessary. And I’m better for it. Virginia is now my go-to.

I wish they had multiple areas for star ratings - service with Cheri for a facial was wonderful. I highly recommend her if you are planning on getting a facial. Very pleasant experience. Front desk - wolves - they are worse than a used car dealership in the 80's! I get it they need to push memberships - but asking why you don't want a membership and then giving you attitude - well, little missy I booked a service two weeks ago and it was cancelled three times over a course of two days. So, if that's how you treat potential members - no thank you. Your front staff are great when you first walk in - but after you receive your service they are bruttal.
