I had my first appointment with Dr Kasem yesterday and it went great! Everyone was so welcoming when I walked into the office and his nurse put me at ease immediately. Barbara is hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever been to! I’ve been living in here for 8 years, and I spent 6 of those years searching for a good hygienist. When I found Barbara, I knew my search was finally over. She’s super friendly, explains everything she’s doing, and really makes sure you feel comfortable the whole time. You can tell she’s super patient and pays attention to every little detail, which made me feel totally at ease.
Her work is professional but still feels personal and caring. It’s obvious she genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make the experience a good one.
