Avie showed up when we were told and knew exactly what the problem was. He was polite and informed us of all of the options for repair or replacement. He left after a few hours repairing the unit without the need for immediate replacement. We would highly recommended Global to anyone.
Victor was are HVAC technician. He was up front honest, explaining everything with pictures before & after. Basically went above and beyond with everything. Global Cooling should be proud to have Victor represent them. If there was 10 stars he would get them. These days it’s tough to find someone you trust. Victor was spot on with all the categories.
