Avie showed up when we were told and knew exactly what the problem was. He was polite and informed us of all of the options for repair or replacement. He left after a few hours repairing the unit without the need for immediate replacement. We would highly recommended Global to anyone.
Victor was are HVAC technician. He was up front honest, explaining everything with pictures before & after. Basically went above and beyond with everything. Global Cooling should be proud to have Victor represent them. If there was 10 stars he would get them. These days it’s tough to find someone you trust. Victor was spot on with all the categories. We have been using Global Cooling (GC) as our HVAC maintenance team for probably five years. The customer service provided by GC has always been second to none. Just amazing! On the evening of November 21st, we noticed our 12-year-old air handler had frozen over and our condenser was making a strange noise. We called GC and they were at the house the next day. Cali has been our regular tech over the years, and he showed up on time. He diagnosed the issue and provided us with a few options.
