My wife has a personal account there and she at first tried to get me to transfer our business account there! NO way . She deposited a check from our local business account and they put a hold on it telling her wasnt cashed at first because wasnt enough funds available! They ( Fifth Third bank in Clermont Fl ) cashed the check and I called business account bank and said it cleared fine was absolutely NO ISSUES so there keeping our Money for there own gain! $$$$$ on a hold for 10 days. Even though it was cashed and cleared I have proof of that! That is not a bank I want to put my hard earned money in! No Thank you. I want honest reputable people over my money! My opinion that is very dishonest and The employee lied too. two for two . please read reviews on FB and on google before making a decision is all l am saying Do your research

so I deposited a check from my husbands and mines buisness account on July 13 th. to my personal account at Fifth 3 Rd bank on st rt 192 Clermont FL to pay a bill! 7 days later and still hasn't hit my account so I call the bank! they tell me there is a 10 day hold on that check! I ask why 10 days.The lady starts telling me that the check was on hold because funds were not there! Well she's a liar. she's making excuses for holding MY money to draw interest on it! because I have a bank app that shows me that check cleared! so she straight LIED! Terrible customer service and so rude to me! sadly I will be looking for a new bank ....! Not to mention you have to wait forever to get in drive thru because they only ever have one teller working she's a older very sweet but very slow! The ATM is always down also. This bank is a joke! I should have known better I read the awful reviews but chose it for location convenience. and I will add the check I deposited was from a local bank no out of state! LOCAL and was cashed! I have proof of that!
