Dr. Ortiz and his staff are excellent. Apt was easy to set up, they email apt. confirmation and link with all information needed for apt beforehand. Dr. Ortizs assistant was knowledgeable and attentive and very nice as well as Dr. Ortiz....office is very clean, follow up apts are given at check out along with all information needed for follow ups. I definitely recommend this office and especially Dr. Ortiz.

Friendly excellent customer service from day one. The wait was less 10 minutes from scheduled time. Dr. Truly took his time and heard my concerns and after talking to him he was not a sales person but truly offered what was best for me.

Super friendly staff got me in at a pretty last minute notice. Was starting a new job and won't be able to go in during regular hours for a couple months. They took full x-rays, did a great cleaning and did a consultation. There's nothing I have to worry about so it was a great piece of mine before I started work
