For a 24 hour service, they don’t do very well. The soonest appointment was the following afternoon. The tech showed up late and it was pretty expensive. They did fix the fridge on sight so that’s the good part.

The work done was good... The diagnostic was $60, and though we knew what was wrong there was no mention of how expensive it would be to replace the item (heating coil). For a $40 part (online) they were going to charge over $80. Then the total was well over half the cost of a brand new Dryer. I was able to negotiate a lower total, but it still feels I was taken advantage of. After the work was done there is a loose clip which holds on the face of the dryer - without the black electrical tape it rattles and becomes a snag danger for clothes and arms.
