In 2024, I dropped off six pieces of clothing, including a BR dress and a J.Crew blazer. Unfortunately, when I returned a month later, the previous management denied ever receiving my items. I went back three times trying to resolve the issue, but without the receipt, I had no luck.
Fast forward to today—I received a call from the new owners letting me know they had found my clothing from 2024 and asked if I could pick it up. This gesture speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to customer service. I drive all the way from Mount Dora to come here for all my alterations. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They do an amazing job and are so kind. I love my girls at this dry cleaners!
