Had the pleasure of consulting with Jose and Ian this afternoon. They were punctual and considerate of my schedule and accommodated nicely. Ian did a thorough roof inspection and took quality photos with explanations of what he saw, while Jose educated me on the whole process of roof replacement and what i should know. I really appreciated their time, transparency and expertise.
Jose was referred to me by my mother to assist with my roofing needs. He was able to explain the process throughly and go to my home timely to inspect it. He made the initial process easy and was able to make me feel comfortable in submitting the claim.
Great people and very professional.
Michael Pagano was honest and upfront with me every step of the way, and I believe gave me a fair price. And he wasn’t pushy!
Some of the other companies I got estimates from were either way overpriced with pushy salesmen, and another company I suppose hates money because they never showed up to even give me an estimate!
I upgraded my 20 year old shingle roof to metal.
I am pleased with the results.
Would recommend!
