After a bad hailstorm, my insurance company sent out a roofing company (not APC) that replaced a handful of shingles on different parts of the roof with mismatched ones. It looked terrible, and the job was clearly unprofessional. The next day, David Velez from APC was in my neighborhood going door-to-door and I explained what happened when he rang my doorbell. He offered to take a look at the roof and see how bad the damage was.
