American Property Inspections

My wife and I are not new to home buying with this being our 15th home we've purchased in our 50 years together. We had a home inspection done today and were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work performed and the detail that our inspector put into explaining his findings. We highly recommend this company and will use them again if we purchase another home.

First time working with American Property Inspections. One of the best ones out there! We worked with Wilfredo and he was AMAZING! Very happy with the report he prepared on own property, very observant, took his time, he even made a video explaining the entire inspection. Worth every penny!

Our experience with American Property Inspections was great. They went above and beyond our expectations. Buying a house out of state was already stressful enough. The home inspection process fast, simple and and detailed. They did not skip on anything and provided great feedback in their report. I would recommend them to anyone moving to the Florida area! Moving from PA to FL we entrusted them with inspecting our new house and they did a great job!
