This place is terrible. The doctor and staff are very unprofessional. You have to keep calling them to remind them about the prescription that they were suppose to send. They keep forgetting and never call you back. The exam chairs are ripped as if you're in some third world country. The place is a hot mess. I am extremely unhappy. Save your money and go somewhere professional .

Any lawyers in Clermont willing to assist me ? On October 19, 2021, Dr. David Allyn ruined my life. I was a beautiful woman who went into his office for a very slight enhancement for my cheeks he asked the medical professional offered sculptura, I, as a customer trusted what the doctor recommended. I paid him $1500 for him to ruin my face. He put sculptura in my jawline, CREATING jowls with dripping sculptura. I have been to his office almost every month since for him to inject my face with hyaluronidase. This injection has turned my jawline white against my tan skin. Stay away from Dr. Allyn HWY 27 Clermont! My husband and I had scheduled appointments for basic skin examinations with Dr. Allyn in Clermont. I thought it was unusual that the tech didn't provide a gown or ask me to remove my clothes. Dr. Allyn entered the room cheerfully singing a Nursery Rhyme Mary, Mary Quite Contrary. I thought to myself for an initial visit this is unprofessional, inappropriate behavior. Dr. Allyn did not examine my face or scalp, he did not palpate my hair. He barely lifted my sleeves to glance at my forearms. He left the exam room, I thought maybe that was his introduction and next I'll be told to get ready for the examination. The tech returned to the exam room and advised me that he wanted to see me again in 6 months. I told her that he did not perform an examination and I would not return. My husband's appointment was just after mine, when he came out he said that Dr. Allyn didn't examine him and that the appointment was a waste of time. I chose Dr. Allyn based on his education & training and was hugely disappointed and angry that Dr. Allyn did not provide the service that he should have. I was a BSN, RN Nurse Manager in the Primary Care Clinic at the Villages OPC. I took Basic Physical Assessment in my BSN program at Stockton University and again at UMDNJ Graduate School of Nursing. Basic skin exam includes skin, nails and hair. For medical purposes you cannot examine someone's skin if they are wearing clothes, shoes & socks. If the patient is wearing clothes, shoes, and socks you cannot inspect the skin on the soles of feet and between the toes and buttocks. Examination includes inspection and palpating the fingernails and toenails noting color, shape and any lesions. Dr. Allyn did not perform basic inspection or palpation. He should have examined each region of skin for color, moisture, temperature, texture, mobility and turgor. He should have inspected for skin lesions. His demeanor was strange and his behavior bizarre. I was very upset that I wasted my time and that Medicare & BS/BC was going to pay him for the visit. When we returned home I called Medicare and reported him.
