Love my dermatologist Valenie she is the best! However the front desk is a bit of a mess and looks very overwhelmed. Maybe a new system needs to be put in place as I got there early with enough time for my appointment and was not seen until like 30 minutes after. I saw that this looked like the experience for others as they were coming up to the desk inquiring about what time they will be seen. Also since the majority of the other patients were elders they had issues with the sign in and IPads might not be the best idea.
Great experience! Very nice and professional staff. I didn’t feel rushed . Dr. Rojek made me feel very comfortable. She took her time and explained me what was going on with my skin. She is the best!!!
