Trevor has provided caring and competent care for our lawn for two years now. The before and after pictures of our lawn are dramatically different, from brown and weedy, to green and grassy. Trevor takes the time to talk with us, if we're here when he comes. He takes pride in his work, and he should. We just moved to Florida from Arizona. Landscaping and Pest Control is completely foreign to us. The first visit from UpRooted made us feel confident that we could get our landscaping and bug issues under control. We are very impressed by all of the employees- whether they are the ones that come out to provide service or they are answering the phones. We’ve been working with this business for awhile and are very pleased. Very reliable & good value for the excellent job they do. But the most exceptional part of this business is the office manager Sarah & owner Artie. Unlike many owners/managers they have no layers between their clients & the head honchos. Artie is so responsive to our needs & when we have concerns she actually comes to our home in person. Virtually unheard of. Thanks Artie & Sarah too for your unprecedented customer service. Highly recommend
