We came to Tulio to start over after another draftsman wasted more than a year of our time and couldn't get his plans past the engineering stage. Tulio started over and within 12 weeks including Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's completed plans that sailed through permitting with a more thoughtful, complete design than the other guy. Communication with Tulio and his staff was terrific with rapid responses and subsequent well finished work. I can recommend him without reservation.
