“You can hire these folks with confidence.We needed to have some tall Chinese fan palms removed from our front yard. I spoke with 4 tree services, all of which have arborists on staff, but Happy's arborist, the owner, came out himself for the quote and performed the service. Their quote was in the middle of the pack dollarwise, but the presence of the owner and his company's professionalism clinched the deal. Once they ground up the stump, I had no clue that part of the groundcover was once a palm tree. It looks like perfectly rich soil. Dave was professional and quickly came out to our home to assess the tree trimming needs that we had, in order to get things done before Hurricane Idalia came near the Tampa Bay area. We have a huge oak tree in our front yard that needed trimming and also a lot of overgrowth in our backyard that needed to be cut down and trimmed. “Last week we had a full, two-day tree pruning and tree cutting job performed by Trees by Kevin M. Dyer. We observed hours and hours of the crew's work skills and work ethics. This company's crew was amazing. Each crew member was courteous, pleasant to communicate with, and worked steadily and quickly. The skilled workers seemed like masters of their trade, using fantastic equipment that reached the highest of trees and grinding roots into sawdust. At the end of the job, the landscaped yards were immaculate. Without any doubt, the company earned its 5 star rating. What was surprising was reading other customer's previous reviews. Many folk raved about the company's work just as we do and handed out 5 stars. But then there were some reviews that were 1 stars. From our experience with the company, we cannot begin to understand these inferior ratings. They just don't ring true for our experience. Our recommendation is to call Kevin Dyer and his team for professional tree care. We most certainly will be returning customers whenever our landscaping requires attention again. Thank you, crew. Our neighbors watched the work being done in our yard and told us how beautiful our yard now looks and they ended up hiring the company to do tree work for their own yards. That about says it all.“
