Mike Kirisits … so many wordsto describe my great experience(s) with him. (My humblest apologies for this review coming so late, Mike. I meant to write it 2 years ago when I last saw you!)Origin Story: I met Mike & started seeing him @ Spectrum Therapeutics, LLC back in 2021 due to a Sciatica flare-up in my left hamstring region. I made the lazy mistake of bending over with my back @ my former meal prep the year before, which initiated the pain. I just wanted the burn to disappear by any means! Mike is a super awesome healer. Very intuitive and grounded. I have received bodywork from him and I was very happy- go a step further and just tell Mike to do WHAT HE FEELS is best, and he will not lead you wrong .

Michael is an expert in his field. I am truly thankful and amazed at his capability and skills as a certified person trainer. One of his best talents is his ability to tailor our workouts to my specific needs. He took the time to understand my fitness level, my goals, aches, and pains. He created workouts that are challenging but achievable. Using his expertise, he solved some annoying issues I have been working on for some time. I also appreciated his positive attitude and his willingness to answer all my questions.

He opened Spectrum Therapeutics, LLC in 2014 to offer added flexibility and expanded service to his clients throughout the Tampa Bay area. He specializes in therapeutic massage, restorative massage, sports massage, neuromuscular massage, myofacial release and deep tissue massage. He also offers relaxation massage, craniosacral therapy and reflexology. Michael is a NASM/AFAA Certified Personal Trainer offering weight training, strength training, TRX training, athletic training, flexibility and balance instruction in group, tandem and individual sessions. Also, he is certified in NeuFit NEUBIE electrical stimulation treatment.
