OCY MOORE - THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! I am overly impressed with this company. THIS IS A PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT. They (SCOTTO) told me what I needed. They told me what they can do for me. They told how much it would cost. I hired them. They did what they told me they would do. They completed the entire project in the time frame they told me they would.
