***DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I SELECTED THAT OPTION BUT IT SHOWS UP WRONG!!! THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU!!!! I run my own business and occasionally do clean outs for bank owned properties. I have used this company a few times and haven’t had any issues until this last time. I called to order a dumpster for a household clean out (not construction debris). They asked if there would be food in the dumpster. I said yes because it’s a trash out. They informed me it would be an additional $110 for any food in the dumpster (keep in mind, this is not my first time using them for the same thing but it’s my first time having this additional charge for food) but I reluctantly agreed and ordered the dumpster. TODAY, I am at work and I see two additional charges come through, one, I was assuming, was for the food but I was unaware what the second one was for so I called. I was told I went over the weight limit for the 40 yard dumpster and I was told it was $25 for any tires. I questioned how I could have possibly went over on the weight because the dumpster wasn’t even full and then also asked about the tires because I was told the only thing I couldn’t put in there was electronics & batteries. The answer I got was “read the fine print”. I will let everyone I know in the construction business to NEVER use this company! I feel like I got robbed and what should have cost about $750 has now cost me $1000. There are PLENTY of other companies that don’t add any hidden fees!
