Being the perfectionist that I am, I got 10 roof replacement quotes. I was impressed with the transparency and fair pricing that Sander and Sons Roofing provided. They did not tell me only 3 sheets of plywood would be included, the quote included all wood needed. In addition they agreed to install water and Ice underlayment on the entire roof so I could qualify for a huge Homeowners discount. Their workers were on time, covered our landscaping with tarps to prevent damage and cleaned up everyday before leaving. They took there time, and did the job right. Sander & Sons Roofing replaced our tile roof in April. Joey and his dad did everything they said they would. We are so very pleased and it looks phenomenal. We were promised an out the door price and that’s exactly what we got. Would recommend highly, if I could give more than five stars I would.
