I had an electric emergency, on a Friday, before a Holiday!! I called Red Royal, based on a recommendation, from another electrician, who was not available. This is a very courteous and professional company! The person who answered the phone, was very calm and took my information, even though I was a little excited about my emergency! She collected all of the data, and sent an electrician out in record time. Brandon was my technician, he was extremely professional, kind, patient, and courteous. He did all of the troubleshooting, checked everything in my house! Solved the problem, explained everything throughly, and went above and beyond!! I highly recommend Red Royal!!
