Great company, great communication. Told RJ the problem on the initial call, after 20 minutes he called me back and said he has the part and will be out shortly. He came , installed it and was done in 5 minutes . professional, courteous .

Knowledge was impeccable! Great communication, service, and suggestions. Arrived within the alotted time frame, and are very professional, carring, and honest. I only had warranty work, however, still took the advice of RJ (Technician) to keep my appliance working properly. Thank you again!!!
Something broke in my fridge causing it not to cool. I reached out to R&A Care and they came out the next day and fixed the fridge in a few short hours and it was back to being new again. I Highly recommend them for all your appliance needs.
