Professional service & knowledge! I thought my Rain Bird was malfunctioning & it turns out misprogrammed. Andy came out within 48 hours & fixed it for me! Would highly recommend giving them a call!
Our condominium association has recently contracted with Prime-Scape Services to handle all of our landscaping needs for the entire complex. We have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff and management since we started working with them. From contract negotiations through the hands-on work that the landscape team has been doing, everything has been positive, professional, collaborative, thorough and accommodating. The landscape crew is experienced and efficient. The sales manager and crew supervisor have been very easy to work with and have been flexible to our needs. Prime Scape Services Inc. was recently selected to provide landscaping services for our condo community. As President of the association I have had the ability to work with this organization on a number of projects. The result of their efforts have been excellent. Each project got the oversight and quality of work that one with high expectations expects. Their response time has been excellent and their interaction with their customer has been receptive, friendly and service oriented. We made the right decision.
