I had a big problem with rats and I needed someone to come out immediately. Tielor came out the next day, explained the process, and laid traps. He is easy to talk to, very calming, and he came out many times to check on the situation. He is very impressive and is solving my problem.

Had about 96 bags of Thermal Acoustic Pest (TAP) insulation blown in to top off my existing insulation. Tyler came out initially to provide a quote and was very thorough in his measurements/calculations. He listened to my concerns and the expected R value I would like, as well as provided suggestions to make the project smoother and better. Pricing was very reasonable.
The crew arrived on time, prepared and ready to go. They knocked out the project within a few hours and were extra careful to not make a mess - matter of fact managed to squeeze the blower hose through a tiny spot in the attic in order to ensure they wouldn't have to drag it through the home.
