The 3 times they came, they had to reschedule because people kept quitting, but I tried to be flexible, when I had to reschedule, 1 was out of my control, Tracy got a MAJOR attitude as well as sending someone to my house that I specifically requested not to come back. Very unprofessional and no apologies, Tracy and staff, you should be ashamed of yourself and your business practices

I hired them for a deep clean and was horribly disappointed. I paid a lot of money for specifically a deep clean and spent days preparing for it. So many things were missed!! An entire wall of mirrors, so much dust, the vents weren't done, light fixtures, base boards, I had to re-sweep my kitchen floor...and so many other things. To be clear, I wasn't expecting everything to be perfect and if it was one or two things I would have let it go and been fine, but it was so many things. I am very disappointed in this service. I’ve only used them for a few months most times the cleaning was satisfactory. The last visit was February 11th. I noticed some things were missing. Nothing of great value however I was surprised. I spoke to the manager Tracy on Monday morning. She was to check with the person that had been here. She said she would call by the end of the day. I said maybe it was Just an accident. I sent several texts and emails I’ve phoned for awes the owner to please call me. I never received a reply nor has anyone bothered to return my call.
