Communication and follow through from NextGen was absolutely fantastic.Shannon texted a half hour before arrival (as was indicated) and upon arrival she answered all questions and explained the process to us in a very thorough and professional manner. She worked quickly/efficiently and then (again) explained the remaining steps involved, which really put our minds at ease.Based upon the excellent communication from this company and their (best put) outstanding and exceptional employee’s performance , I would highly recommend them for any needs that you might have in this area.
Shannon is a conscientious technician spraying to prevent pest infiltration into our home. What I especially like is the products they use are human- friendly & last two months. Also, if anything develops during that time period, she returns to treat the situation as part of the service.
