Robert and Scott were great. Robert was the tech who came out and did our service, he was thorough and explained how everything worked and what the plan was. Communication has been great throughout the entire process, and everything has been quick. Once I completed the contract, I got a call within 10 minutes to schedule the firsf appointment which was set for the next day.
Mr. Scott did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. He was friendly, respectful, and made sure the job was done thoroughly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Our technician, Shannon, has been absolutely stellar. Excellent communication, timely, thorough, polite, and attentive to our issues. We’ve noticed a substantial reduction in pest issues, and she goes out of her way to address problem areas. We are lucky she’s assigned to us, and if you sign up request her!
