Mike and Noah were terrific. Mike took my call, had a pretty good idea of what my laptop issue was and was able to see me as soon as I could get there. Upon arrival Noah confirmed Mike's suspicions with analytic software, explained everything to me including the fix (replacing the original floppy drive with the latest technology solid state drive). They ordered the part for overnight delivery and Noah had my laptop purring like a kitten by 8:30 am the next day. My 8 yr old laptop runs faster and better than when it was new. I recommend highly.
Hurray!!!! My laptop had been crashing randomly since before the first hurricane. I took the computer to two repair shops with no luck. They simply threw up their hands and were zero help. The 3rd repair shop (NetPros) also had used laptops available. So, on 10/18/2024, I took my dead laptop to them. On 10232024, they contacted me with the news that they had completed a cost-effective solution, and I could come pick up my "new" laptop. Now, I have a "new" laptop, with my old laptop's hard drive in it, so I am back up and running! The old laptop was an HP. The replacement is a Dell. The solution they did was to take the RAM and hard drive out of my dead machine and install them in the "new" computer. Like magic, I am fully up and running, as of Wednesday, 10232024. I am not going to say how much I paid; but it was much less than buying a brand-new computer. I am one 100% pleased customer; and I cannot recommend these folks high enough.
My desktop had been hacked & identity stolen. Contacted several companies as I have broken toes on right foot for pick up. NetPros was the only company that was willing to discuss issues with desktop & agreed to pick up. Great response & very prompt. Outstanding service, kept me posted on the updates & replied back very quickly. The outstanding job completed surpassed all my expectations. NetPros has their own antivirus program which I asked to be installed. Excellent value for accomplishing the impossible and exceeded service requested. Thank you for being an outstanding company with excellent customer service skills. My desktop works better than when I received it as a gift. This is definitely the go to experts for all your business accounts as well as home accounts people use on a daily basis be it be personal or for business.
