Hunter was able to arrive earlier than scheduled for my water heater call, which was greatly appreciated. He got right to work and was out in no time. Very conscientous and pleasant, and left no mess behind. Great customer service and clear communication from appointment to scheduling to dispatch to service.

We needed post storm electrical work, a fan uninstalled so the other work can be finished, and then a quote to rewire and reinstall. Michael M. was great! He understood the issues, took extra time to get the quote for me, and started the job today, which I didn't expect! He took care to be sure the pieces are reusable and explained everything to me. He's a great technician.
