my doctor did not treat me for the correct condition. you don't give antibiotics to somebody who has a viral infection I would think that most healthcare providers are aware of this. now I have to start it all over again and I wasted my money on the prescriptions and the visit. was told to go to my dermatologist. well if that was the case I would have just gone there in the first place. complete loss of money and time don't go there. I took my mom to the Bruce B Downs office in Tampa. The Staff is WONDERFUL!!! Everyone is so sweet and friendly! From checking in to checking out such a wonderful experience!! I highly recommend this office!!
Olivia and staff at the causeway location have treated me very well over the last 6 weeks. I had a bad burn on my hand and they have seen me once a week to help me through the healing process. I have also been there 3 times with different sicknesses and everyone who has seen me has been caring and quick to figure out what’s wrong. Also, I have high- functioning anxiety and the staff knows this and has worked well with me and are considerate of those needs.
