“I just finished 8 SoftWave TRT (tissue regeneration technology) sessions. I went from 25% strength and range of motion in my shoulder rotator cuff tears to about 80% better range of motion. I can sleep and have pain only with certain motions otherwise pain free.

“Discovered this place word of mouth and did not disappoint! I finally was able to get a diagnosis with something I’ve been struggling with most of my life- limited mouth opening = TMJD. Ashley is wonderful and knows exactly when to give me a break vs when to keep going. She’s sweet and super knowledgeable. I am also seeing Corey who likes to dig a little more but is also very knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. I still have ways to go to work on my mouth opening but I’m already seeing a difference.“

“Hidden gem!!Excellent! This was our first time as I have decided last min the night before to book an 2hr couple massage and was looking for a place that had availability. My usual go-to massage place was already booked (as most places, 1-2 weeks ahead of time) It was a great, straight to the point efficient massage. It is more vigorous type but you can decide what type of pressure . Place is clean, staff is very friendly and attentive. Nice ambiance with the asian music. My spouse got a deep tissue , said the most painful but in a good way, that's what he wanted to got all of the knots , a burning sensation but then all muscles get release!! His massage therapist kept making sure if he was still ok with pressure. I advise if you have any allergy or specific areas to avoid to let them know ahead as there is no form to fill out . Also better to call ahead to book to make it easier on them as they have two locations . Booking ahead by phone is better as they do allow walk ins but of course booked appointments take precedence.“
