Andrew was amazing he helped diagnose a dead 30 AMP outlet then crawled through our dusty crawlspace to pinpoint the issue, ran a new line, and got us back up and running in about an hour all with a great personality and smile on his face. Recardo is the best! I had an issue with a broken outlet this morning and Luminous Electric was able to come out within two hours. Recardo fixed everything in about 15 minutes. This is the second time he’s serviced my home, and I really appreciate that they sent the same tech. He’s always so kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful.
