My personal experience at Lineage CrossFit has been about so much more than losing weight, or getting stronger or finishing a workout. It’s been about the people, the friendships, the struggles, the laughs (our 6:15pm crew are experts with this), and feeling of being part of a community that keeps me coming back.

Lineage CrossFit is hands down the best gym around! The coaches are absolutely amazing—they bring so much energy, expertise, and genuine support to every single workout. It’s truly thanks to the owner, Andy, he is an exceptional leader. On top of that, the athletes who make up the Lineage family are incredible.
