I’ve been going to LensCrafters for over 20 years. The most recent eye exam I got from new ophthalmologist was the best I’ve ever had & ANTONY is always superlative. I was greeted by a friendly associate, KELLEY, who ultimately helped me pick out & fit me for multiple glasses & lenses - was beyond fantastic; a solid 12 out of 10. GIVE HER A RAISE!!

Update: I did receive a call back promptly about my glasses and they gave me the upgraded version of the meta’s which I am very pleased about. Definitely made things right with me. Hopefully no one else has to go through this process but otherwise nice job and thank you to this location for providing a solution.
Brought my Meta smart glasses to this LensCrafters location for service and got them back with visible scratches on the frames. These are premium, expensive glasses, and I expect better care.
If LensCrafters can’t handle luxury eyewear without damaging it, I can’t trust them with future repairs or purchases. Be careful... read full review

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Antony! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find the perfect pair of frames. Antony listened to what I liked, gave me honest feedback, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I left feeling confident with my choice and very happy with the service. If you’re shopping for glasses, I highly recommend asking for Antony—he truly goes above and beyond!
