Leighann did a very thorough job reviewing the roof, inside and out. From the office, Devan helped me get in touch with the company that replaced the roof most recently so I could check on warranties and the communication began. We were told what to expect, and when, in the time leading up to the start of our project and everything happened on schedule. The team that tore off, and reinstalled our new roof were very attentive to detail and our supervisor, Jesus, checked in several times a day to make sure that we had no issues with the way the project was progressing...like I would know! All the staff at KAM roofing services are very professional. The job was done quickly and the supervisor made sure the finishing touches were completed in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend. Priced well, professional and done right. The crew cleaned up every day including picking up nails, debris and tarping my pool. They even would take off the tarp at night (every night) so we could still swim if we wanted to. No mess, all hustle and the finished product was beautiful. Kyle, the owner and Jesus, the project manager kept the communication going from start to finish leaving ZERO surprises. As a woman managing it all, instilling trust in a contractor is hard because you can feel taken advantage of not knowing the in’s and outs of things.
